Please use the following process to bulk load your Inventory into iHaveit

We have created the following iHaveit bulk import xls template example xls file

The template includes the Columns and Headers required by iHaveit to automatically recognise and bulk import your inventory. Columns below with a * are mandatory for iHaveit to import your inventory. iHaveit knows exactly how to upload your inventory if you create the same Row A Header Columns within your CSV or XLS file.

The Headers can be placed in any Column in Row A as long as you use the exact header names as shown in row 1 of the template file. ie it does not matter if you place the Sell Price in colum D or H or L, just make sure the header name is correct.

Not all of the columns need to be completed, but the more you information you complete increases the chance of iHaveit automatically loading your inventory.

Discogs file import to iHaveit
If you want to import a Discogs csv file into iHaveit, no changes or edits are required to the file. Simply go to the 'Import My Existing Collection' and upload the file.

Bulk Loader Header Details

Attached is further information to help understand the different columns:

*	CSV / XLS Sheet Row 1 Header Title	Description
*	Artist	Name of Artist
	Barcode	Barcode number of item
*	Catalog Number	The Song or Album catalogue number
	Comments	Any additional information or comment you wish to add to the individual item. The comments are added to the iHaveit sale comment field for users to see.
*	Country	This is the country of release of the item, for example UK USA Germany France
*	Format	Refer to Appendix B for all Format options
	Genres	Gender of album, for example Electronic, Hip Hop, Rock, Pop
	Images	You can add the http link to your specific image of choice. If you include a http link iHaveit will present your image against your inventory
	Label	The record label or record company
	Location	The Location is the specific reference for the location you have stored the inventory item. Your internal index to find the item quickly
*	Media Condition	This is the condition of the physical disk New Mint Near Mint Excellent Very Good Plus Very Good Good Plus Good Fair Poor Bad
	Quantity	The quantity available of the item
*	Reference	The Reference number Must be a unique number for each individual inventory item. The reference number is added to the iHaveit comments field to help with order picking
*	Sell Price	This is the price you will sell the item for. It is very important that you have updated your Profile to your local country and currency before importing to ensure iHaveit uses your country currency.
	Sleeve Condition	This is the condition of the Sleeve New Mint Near Mint Excellent Very Good Plus Very Good Good Plus Good Fair Poor Bad No Sleeve
*	Status	The following import actions are taken by iHaveit when bulk importing inventory, based on the ‘Status’ field. For Sale If an inventory item is defined as For Sale in the Status field iHaveit will import the inventory item and will make the inventory item available for sale. The same rules apply for ‘Forsale’. Instock If an inventory item is defined as Instock in the Status field iHaveit will import the inventory item and will make the inventory item available for sale. The same rules apply for ‘in stock’ Violations If an inventory item is defined as Violations in the Status field iHaveit will import the inventory item and will make the inventory item available, but iHaveit will NOT allow the item to be sold ever. The same rule apply for ‘Violation’. Draft If an inventory item is defined as Draft in the Status field iHaveit will import the inventory item and will make the inventory item available, but NOT for sale Uncategorized If an inventory item is defined as Uncategorized in the Status field iHaveit will import the inventory item and will make the inventory item available, but NOT for sale. The same rule applies for ‘Uncategorized’. Sold If an inventory item is defined as Sold in the Status field iHaveit will ignore the item and will not import or show the item in iHaveit.
*	Title	Album Name
*	Year	The year the song or album was released, for example 1997

Other helpful hints

You need to include a Barcode or Catalogue number for iHaveit to process the inventory item. If both are excluded from a row iHaveit will intentionally ignore and not load the item into iHaveit.
